Mr Hamilton has over 20 years of senior executive experience including 10 years based in London as CEO of a successful, international mining company. He is a fellow of the Institute of Directors in London and has been noted in various publications recognizing his business achievements.

His experience is extensive across Australia, Africa, Europe, North America, PNG. South East Asia and the UAE. He brings operational experience in gold, diamonds, oil & gas and base metals.

Mr Izelaar brings more than 25 years international business experience and has served on numerous listed company boards as well as previously a founding partner of the BDO in the Netherlands, Antilles. The appointment further strengthens the Board as the company proceeds to producer status in the Oil and Gas industry.

Mr Willis is currently a director of Acclaim Exploration Limited and previously with listed company Syntech Group Limited. He has significant experience in dealing with government instrumentalities pertaining to contract negotiations between private and public entities. He has previously project managed a number of successful operational developments within Australia Post. He has considerable project management and technology development experience, holding a number of public and private company directorships.

Mr Row is currently CEO of a successful oil and gas operator based in Houston, Texas. He has significant industry expertise, including operations, project organisation and producer finance and his appointment is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen the Board in line with current progress towards producer status, via the proposed Blackgate transaction.
